If ordering a product that is not in stock?
We will submit the order, and you will need to pay a 30% down payment. The production time is about 7 to 12 days. But some style need more time.with diamond or with nature stone or style is difficult,Will take more than 12days,please give us more time,we will try best to make.To ensure the quality of the jewelry.
SHIPPING
How are the products delivered & how long will they take?
If you place an order for an item we have in stock and all funds are cleared, we will endeavor to ship your item within 24 hours. This is subject to the purchase of a watch with no further modifications and/or complications to the order.
If we do not have the item in stock, the item will be made to order; in most cases this is approximately 7-10 business days, but please allow up to 30 days depending on the extent of customization. If you are unsure, please contact us to see an approximate order time.
Items in stock can also be picked up from our Shenzhen office, by appointment only for security reasons. Or we can arrange for personal delivery within Shenzhen or Guangdong Province. Please contact a member of our sales team at the time of order to check timescales.
International delivery
We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all our watches and our courier of choice is FedEx. A list of countries served by FedEx can be found here: http://www.fedex.com/gb/contact/served-countries.html. If you cannot find your country in the list on our website, please contact us and we will provide a fixed quote for product delivery where possible.
Please note: Due to security issues and restrictions, there are some countries that are not listed on our checkout form. In such cases, please contact us to discuss your location and we will work to find a solution.
Typically, all FedEx deliveries take 3-4 business days from the time of shipment. For international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees applicable to the country in which the product is shipped, please note that these fees are paid in full by the customer and Coral Jewelry has no control over their amount.

How to ensure the safety of transportation? Are additional taxes required?
In order to avoid import taxes, we will mark all packages as low-value “gifts” and send them in the name of individuals! When necessary, the jewelry and its corresponding box will be sent separately to ensure that it is delivered to your hands faster and more safely!

We will ship by international parcel / EMS / DHL / UPS / TNT, or if the order quantity exceeds 1 cubic meter, it will be shipped by sea, depending on the area where you live.Shipping Methods: (Some countries are more expensive)
EU Direct
We can now ship to most of the EU Countries safely without going through UK, we will choose the safest and fastest way to deliver your order. You save time and shipping fees. If your country is not safe, this option is not shown.
UK Forwarding
For countries which have strict customs policies, we strongly advice you to use the UK Forwarding shipping method, your order will be shipped from China to UK and then UK to your country, this may seem like a long process but it is the safest shipping method to EU Countries.

Will the product be sent with the original branded box?
We use the best shipping method, usually up to three pieces of jewelry we can carry the product and the product box together to send to you, but if you buy more than 3 pieces, we suggest you to send the product and the product box separately, if you are our agent, we will send the box separately for you for free.
PRODUCTS
What diamonds do you use?
All of our jewelry and watches are set with the highest quality diamonds and precious stones. On all of our stock items we use hand selected diamonds VS/SI clarity in G/H color (clear white). If you require another specification, we can also supply diamonds with VVS/VS clarity for a higher cost. We also use various gemstones such as emeralds, rubies, sapphires and black onyx depending on custom requirements.
Do my jewelry and watches come with diamond and gold certificates?
Yes, the jewelry and watches we make are sent to you with a certificate. However, not every diamond comes with a certificate, and when we purchase diamonds, we do so in large 100 carat loose diamond parcels. Every parcel has a certificate, but not every diamond.
A typical fully set diamond watch has over 1000 diamonds so we cannot provide a separate certificate for each diamond.
On all of our stock watches we use G/H color (clear white) hand selected diamonds with VS/SI clarity. if you need other sizes we can also provide diamonds with VVS/VS clarity for a higher fee.
If I have a problem with the size of a bracelet or ring, will you adjust its size?
Yes, we will resize a ring up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of purchase at no charge.
If you would like to know your size and you are in China, please contact us to make an appointment so we can check it accurately. If you are out of town, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to check your correct size before purchasing.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Can I return the product?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we therefore accept returns on all Coral Jewelry stock jewellery. You will have 7-days from the date you received your product in which to make a return. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when purchased (on which we have full discretion), and therefore must be unworn & include original packaging and any relevant paperwork.
If we did not have the item in-stock, and your product was made-to-order, then a stocking fee of up to 20% can apply should you wish to return your item.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund, however, at our own discretion, may refund a proportion of the original purchase price. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis, where we will exercise fair practice to the very best of our possibility based on the condition of the item being returned.
You must be able to produce a receipt or proof-of-purchase in order to return an item. Any authorised refund will be repaid in the same or similar form as originally paid.

PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We support USD and EUR, you can pay by Western Union, wire transfer and bank transfer. After payment, we will process and send your order as soon as possible.

Do you include tax and shipping in your prices?
We can use third party tax free agreement countries or send as a personal gift. Avoid taxes and fees incurred by our customers.
Our prices do not include transfer fees and shipping costs, which we will calculate into your bill.
